Purpose of the Symposium

The symposium is designed to meet the needs of those seeking to improve the well-being of performing artists. It fosters an environment full of education, networking, and growth all to support the health and well being of the performing artist.

Audience

The symposium audience consists of a balanced mix of physicians, therapists, trainers, educators, artistic directors, performers, and other health care and performing arts professionals.

Exhibitor Visibility

The symposium will take place just blocks from the capital, at the Johns Hopkins University, Bloomberg Center. Exhibitor tables will be set up in the foyer for maximum exposure to attendees, speakers, and guests.

Installation of Exhibits

Wednesday, July 9, 14:00 – 17:00

The symposium will open at 7:00 on Thursday. We ask that your table/space be set by 17:00 on Wednesday so the area can be cleaned prior to opening the next morning. It is the responsibility of exhibitors to have their exhibits in place before 17:00 on Wednesday (set-up cannot occur sooner than 14:00). Exhibitors will be limited to the available space in the building foyer where beverages and breaks will occur.

Dismantling of Exhibits

Saturday, July 12, 17:00 – 18:00

All exhibits must be dismantled and removed by 18:00 on Saturday. No packing of equipment, literature, etc., or dismantling of exhibits will be permitted during the symposium.

Additional Logistics

There will be security at the Bloomberg building. Exhibitors will be required to wear a PAMA symposium badge for access to the building.

There will be no exhibiting allowed within the educational space/rooms of the symposium.

Cancellation

Cancellation of exhibit space must be submitted to PAMA. From the time of registration until June 30, 2025, a 80% refund will be given for all exhibitor cancellations. After June 30, 2025, there will be no refund for cancellation of exhibitor space.
